The disposable medical face mask consists of 3 nonwoven layers, a nose clip and a face mask strap. The nonwoven layer is composed of SPP fabric and meltblown fabric by folding, the outer layer is nonwoven fabric, the interlayer is meltblown fabric, and the nose clip is made of plastic with metal material. Regular face mask size: 17.5*9.5cm.

Scope of application of medical face masks:
1. Medical face masks are suitable for medical personnel and related staff to protect against airborne respiratory infectious diseases with a high protection level;
2. Medical face masks are suitable for basic protection of medical personnel or related personnel, as well as protection against transmission of blood, body fluids and splashes during invasive procedures;
3. The protective effect of ordinary medical masks on pathogenic microorganisms is not exact, so they can be used for one-time health care in the ordinary environment, or to block or protect the particles other than pathogenic microorganisms, such as pollen.
Method of USE:
♦ Hange left band and right band to your ears, or wear them or tie them on your head.
♦ Point nose clip to nose and gently pinch nose clip to fit face shape.
♦ Open folding layer of mask and adjust until the mask can be sealed cover the muzzle.
Type IIR face mask is a medical mask, Type IIR face mask are the highest grade of masks in Europe, as shown below in the European Standard for Mask:

*Type I medical face masks should only be used for patients and other persons to reduce the risk of spread of infections particularly in epidemic or pandemic situations. Type I masks are not intended for use by healthcare professionals in an operating room or in other medical settings with similar requirements.
The European standard for medical masks is as follows: Medical masks in Europe must comply with BS EN 14683 (Medical Face Masks -Requirement Sandtest Methods), it has three scales: the lowest. The standard Type Ⅰ, followed by the Type II and the Type IIR. See above table 1.
One version is BS EN 14683:2014, which has been replaced by the latest version BS EN 14683:2019. One of the major changes in the 2019 edition is the pressure differential, TypeⅠ, Type II, and Type IIR pressure differential increase from 29.4, 29.4 and 49.0 Pa/ cm2 in 2014 to 40, 40 and 60Pa/cm2.
